By creating an account on Merchanlty, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the platform.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must provide accurate identity information.
• One person — one account. No alts, no impersonation.

Merchants pick a category and list products from the official catalog. We may refuse or freeze any store that misrepresents products, violates buyer trust, or breaches applicable law.

Store approval is reviewed by an admin and typically completes within 24 hours. Approved stores are subject to ongoing performance metrics (VIP / Grade / Credit / Rating).

Admins issue bulk orders to merchants in their pool. Each order has a 24-hour accept window. Accepting commits you to fulfilment; declining or expiry releases the order.

Targets are non-binding revenue goals issued by your admin. They unlock tier progression but carry no penalty for missing.

• Withdrawals are reviewed and settled by super-admin. The amount is reserved from your balance at request time.
• Deposits credit your balance only after super-admin confirms the funds landed. Always include a transaction note we can match against.
• Refunds are reviewed case-by-case and may be denied where the dispute lacks evidence.

• Counterfeit, illegal, or unsafe products.
• Fraudulent withdrawals or chargeback abuse.
• Off-platform payment circumvention.
• Harassment of buyers, merchants, admins, or support staff.
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or attacking platform infrastructure.

Violations lead to account freezing, balance forfeiture, and possible legal action.

Margin and credit rules are set platform-wide and may change. Material changes are announced on your dashboard at least 7 days before they take effect.

You can close your account at any time from Account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. On termination, your balance is settled to the wallet of record where lawful.

The platform is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or any particular sales outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
